Kosken Toppari is a private café – restaurant located on the Oulu – Kuusamo road in Taivalkoski. In the same yard is the ABC gas station.
We serve a delicious lunch every day and at your disposal is also our delicious Ala carte list. Our café offers a wide selection of pastries and snacks for coffee.
